Step 1

Together we can help you to decide what type of property you are looking to rent, your budget, when you can move in and how long the Tenancy needs to be.
Once you have decided on a property you will be required to pay an administration fee for processing your Taylors Tenancy. Together we will complete a Tenancy Application Form and you will also be asked to provide photo identification and proof of your current address. (So best to bring this with you).
We will also need to check your financial status in the strictest confidence using a specialist referencing organisation.

Step 2

We will process your application and inform you if it has been successful. We will advise you of the amount of money (which will need to be a cash equivalent) that will be required before you move in.

Step 3

A moving in date can now be agreed but remember to allow a minimum of 5 working days between placing your offer and moving in as you will be required to sign the Tenancy Agreement, have cleared funds and we will need to make the necessary arrangements for your ongoing monthly rent to be paid by standing order before you can be given the keys to your new home.

Step 4

Once you have signed the tenancy agreement and inventory the keys to the property will be yours. No need to worry about contacting the utility companies, as we will take care of it leaving you free to enjoy your new home.
